The Wedding Gallery is a full-size, walk-in photo experience designed for you and your guests to enjoy throughout your celebration. Step inside, pose, and capture photos and videos using your own phones or cameras while The Gallery creates the perfect editorial-inspired backdrop.

Our team coordinates arrival with you and/or your venue so The Gallery is fully installed before your scheduled event begins. Installation typically takes approximately one hour, and we ask that the setup area be completely cleared and accessible when we arrive.

Our Photo booth measures approximately 90 inches tall, 65 inches long, and 50 inches wide. To ensure a smooth experience, we require enough clearance to freely setup the booth, and for it to be comfortably accessible for your guests to enter from the back, where the entrance door is located.

The Gallery requires an inside, flat, stable surface with enough surrounding space for guests to enter, exit, and gather safely. Final placement must also allow our team adequate access for installation and breakdown. If you’re unsure whether your venue can accommodate The Gallery, we’re happy to discuss the space with you before booking.

Breakdown takes place at 10:00pm and typically takes approximately one hour. Our team handles the entire process, so you and your venue do not need to disassemble or move The Gallery.

Yes! Every booking includes your choice of one of our three signature Gallery designs, personalized with select details from your wedding. This allows your Gallery to feel personal to your celebration while maintaining the signature look and style of The Wedding Gallery.

The Wedding Gallery is an interactive photo setting rather than a traditional automated photo booth. Guests capture their own photos and videos using their phones or cameras, allowing them to take, save, and share as many moments as they’d like. Photography and printed photos are not currently included.

Both experiences include your personalized Gallery, delivery, professional installation and breakdown, and use throughout your event. The Attended Gallery also includes two on-site attendants who remain throughout your celebration to welcome guests, manage capacity, reinforce Gallery guidelines, and help protect the structure and equipment.

Attendants are not required, but The Attended Gallery is our recommended experience. With an unattended Gallery, the booking couple is responsible for ensuring their guests follow all Gallery guidelines. Our attendants take care of guest oversight throughout the event so you can simply enjoy your celebration.

To protect both your guests and The Wedding Gallery, the following guidelines must be followed throughout your event:No food or drinks inside The GalleryMaximum of 6 guests at a timeNo leaning on the walls — The Gallery is a photo structure and is not designed to support body weightNo jumping, roughhousing, or horseplayChildren must be accompanied by an adult at all times and may not enter The Gallery unattendedDo not touch the clear screen under any circumstances — hands, fingers, or other contact with the screen can cause scratches or permanent damage. These guidelines apply for the entire duration of your rental, whether you choose The Gallery or The Attended Gallery package.

The Wedding Gallery is a handcrafted structure, and our guidelines are in place to protect both our guests and The Gallery from damage. The clear screen is especially delicate and costs approximately $500 to replace before labor. The booking couple is responsible for their guests and for returning The Gallery in satisfactory condition. Any damage may result in financial responsibility for repair or replacement, as outlined in the rental agreement.The Attended Gallery provides additional oversight, with our team present to monitor use and reinforce guest guidelines. However, attendants cannot control guest behavior or guarantee compliance. The booking couple remains responsible for their guests and any resulting damage, regardless of the package selected.

As of right now, we are only booking weddings located in Northwest Arkansas. You may however, reach out to us to inquire if outside of this region, and we will work to see if we can make it happen!
