THE DETAILS

Your booking includes the complete Wedding Gallery experience, with delivery, setup, and breakdown, all handled by our team for a seamless wedding night experience.

We would love to arrive as early as the venue allows if setup access is given same day. In the event that you are able to start seting up the day before (ex. thursday night setup for a Friday wedding), we would love to be able to setup then. It takes our team about 1 hour to fully install everything.

Our Photo booth measures approximately 90 inches tall, 65 inches long, and 50 inches wide. To ensure a smooth experience, we require enough clearance to freely setup the booth, and for it to be comfortably accessible for your guests to enter from the back, where the entrance door is located.

The Wedding Gallery must be placed on a flat, even surface. In the event that you wish to place the photo booth outdoors, it must have some sort of overhead cover (ex. tent) and cannot be placed on dirt or grass.

Breakdown starts at 10:00pm. We encourage all guests to have their photos taken before then so we can swiftly handle everything quietly and efficiently while you enjoy the rest of your wedding night.

As of right now, we are only booking weddings located in Northwest Arkansas. You may however, reach out to us to inquire if outside of this region, and we will work to see if we can make it happen!
